Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information mcloud collects when you use our service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It's written in plain language on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain.
Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Account information. Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Content you create. The ad copy, briefs, and campaign drafts you generate or save in mcloud.
- Usage data. Basic information about how you use the product — which features you open, how often you generate content, and rough location at the country level.
- Payment information. Billing details are processed by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide the service, keep it running, and make it better:
- To create and manage your account.
- To generate and store the ad content you create.
- To process payments and send receipts.
- To respond to support requests.
- To understand how the product is used so we can fix bugs and improve features.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train models for other customers.
Data Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate mcloud:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store data on our behalf.
- Payment processors that handle billing transactions.
- Analytics providers that help us understand aggregate usage patterns.
- Authorities, only where required by law and after we've reviewed the request.
Cookies & Tracking
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We also use privacy-respecting analytics from Mlytics and Realwave to measure aggregate traffic — things like how many people visit the site and which pages are popular. These analytics do not identify you personally, and you can block them in your browser settings without breaking the site.
Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your content and personal information within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep records (for example, billing history for tax purposes). Backups are deleted on a rolling schedule.
Your Rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. You can also export the content you've created. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights, those rights apply to you — just contact us and we'll honor them.
