Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of mcloud. They're written to be readable, not to hide anything. If you have questions, email us before you sign up — we're happy to explain.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using mcloud, you agree to these terms. If you're using mcloud on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Use of Service
mcloud generates ad content using large language models. You're responsible for reviewing everything you publish — AI output can be wrong, outdated, or unsuitable for your audience. We provide the tool; you own the decisions about what you ship with it.
Account Responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you notice unauthorized use, tell us immediately. One account is for one organization — don't share logins across companies.
Acceptable Use
Don't use mcloud to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or reverse-engineer it. Don't use it to build a competing product. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Intellectual Property
You own the content you create with mcloud. We own the platform itself — the software, design, and underlying technology. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the product, but never your specific content or prompts.
Payment & Subscriptions
mcloud offers three tiers: Free, Pro, and Team. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as shown at checkout. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and you'll keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next billing cycle.
Termination
You can stop using mcloud at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if we discontinue the service. When an account is terminated, you can export your content before it's deleted.
Limitation of Liability
mcloud is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Taipei, Taiwan.
